Do what Micto said aboveDiarise everything- you may be able to take an injunction out against him - the guy that assaulted me isn't allowed within a certain area around where I live- I don't know if they'd do it without a prior case (as in that had gone to trial etc)

Turning up at a club he's barred from,offering loads of money to the doorman to stay in the club,
shouting at the doorman when he couldn't stay,
shouting at me and the lady that "I started all this you cunt, why don't you just die".
I had to be restrained at this point.
