Morning peeps!
I've discovered that my stalker of a few months ago is still at large despite repeated warnings by police.
Do you reckon it's legal to go round and smash his head in with a bat?

Started with repeated abuse anonymously in my LJ, followed with threats in the club.
Shortly after that I got a message under my car windscreen wiper with a coded message and a picture of my car in front of my flat.
The message, after decoding, contained my date of birth, address, car registration details, medical history, you name it.
We'd only moved in 2 weeks before, so he must have followed me home at some point.
Needless to say the police were involved shortly afterwards.

I think I'd be at the "bat around his head" by now.

He's a wimpy fucker too, wouldn't take much to put him down. But if I do, I'd be the one put away.

He turned up at a club he's been specifically barred from by both the owners and the police, and proceeded to shout abuse at me and the lady.
He's totally gone in the head.

and speak to the police about how to proceed
the sooner you make this official, the quicker you will (hopefully) be able to get it resolved
edit: just read the above, so it looks like you've got the proceedure well underway
you're not having much luck lately, are you?

The police have been round to his house and officially cautioned him under the harrassment act.
He's now not allowed to go anywhere where he might come into contact with me - but that didn't stop him going to the club which he knew I'd be at.
*edit*
Nope, no luck whatsoever. On top of all this the debt collection agency from two years back has finally tracked me down, so I now have to start paying back 10k of debt too... My own fault admittedly, but it could have waited for a better time.

keep it all above board.

i find it best to keep it all above board before you have to break something.
and remember the word 'resonable', punching him in the face, breaking his nose and restraining him could be seen as resonable, as you were in fear of your own personal safety.
punching him in the face, breaking his nose, repetedly kicking him while he's on the floor, breaking his ribs and turning his face into a pulpy mess would probably be seen as excessive.

I have quite a few friends that would actually be happy to do the work for me, but I'm not going to go down that avenue just yet...
Thanks for the links.

for some reason he has it in his head that I'm spreading rumours he has HIV.
Total untruth, as you might imagine, and he seems to have concocted this story out of thin air.

Noooo. I warned a girl off him because he fucked over a friend of mine, and he seems to have translated this into my telling her he had HIV.
It's spiralled a bit out of control now.

Diarise everything- you may be able to take an injunction out against him - the guy that assaulted me isn't allowed within a certain area around where I live- I don't know if they'd do it without a prior case (as in that had gone to trial etc)

I'm not sure if this latest incident counts as a continuation of harrassment or not really.

offering loads of money to the doorman to stay in the club,
shouting at the doorman when he couldn't stay,
shouting at me and the lady that "I started all this you cunt, why don't you just die".
I had to be restrained at this point.

You need to look lily-fucking-white in all this. The only reason I managed to get my guy locked up was that I didn't touch him (but then I had five women holding me back)
*hug* If I had the money I'd just send you two on holiday- bless your hearts, you deserve it.

We were going to go to Holland to see D's folks but this whole job thing has made it impossible :(
Still, short holiday at the beginning of August with any luck.

That'll be good- just get you away from everything.
If all else fails, then we'll all club together and pay him a visit. And we're sick, sick people.
