They are convenient because I have to work.I have done all the hard work though, I dug the manhole, knocked down the existing building, took all the spoil away in a van to the tip (about 3 ton so far, about another 2 to go) and have stripped the internal walls.
The sad thing is that, at the end, I doubt that my helping to reduce the cost will actually reduce the cost at all.
