I never tried using such a long extension before,
but if they sell them, it should work, shouldn't it?

Late reply but...
It *should* be OK, but make sure you uncoil the entire length, otherwise they tend to overheat in the centre (burny, melty, not good).
How big is the PA? Wattage?
nb. not an electrician, but had a bit of a play with small PAs in the past.

mixer is 375W/375W, speakers 400W
though I suspect all sorts of other things will be run off it too
