I don't have a favourite band.But if that ever happened, I'd just go 'Oh, well that album's shit.' and just keep listening to the old stuff.
Like Infected Mushroom. I like their new stuff, but hate their old stuff. So I just listen to the stuff I like.
I try not to get too hyped about anything. Fallout 3, for example, is a game I'm looking forward to - but I don't expect it to be a fantastic game or anything, because Bethesda are making it.

i understand where you're coming frombut on the other hand
if the album was crap, you wouldn't keep playing it and laughing at how
crap it was, and how much you enjoyed it's crapness

Yeah, you have a point.It's hard to get craptastic lulz out of music, though. The music has to be at least a bit funky in order for that to happen - see MC Hammer :D
