Even if they don'tUltimately, they have to live with the responsibility for her death. Especially in these "enlightened" times where parents are too shit-scared to let their kids do healthy things like walk more than 10 yards to the park alone, or cycle/walk to school.
Even when I were young, you didn't leave kids that age alone. It's just common sense.
So, if one of their spokespeople is reading, pass it on: The McCanns are responsible for her death, even if they didn't do it. And they're a bunch of loathsome media whores.
