I feel that way too sometimes.while at the same time, I still fancy making a pic. The way I've dealt with that is to have a few techniques that produce pretty quick results. In fact though, quite often if I make something quick in that frame of mind, but by the time I'm half-way through I get into it, and I end up using it as a starting point for something.
