HahahI'm hoping it will all reach a suitable conclusion today or tomorrow, but I've been off work for about a month now because someone I work with thinks forgeting to buy a drink for a person out of sight, who hasn't said two words to you, amounts to racism if they happen to be in an ethnic minority :)

Silly but trueI do expect to be cleared, and then I shall be asking them to investigate how it got escalated to such a level when all the policies clearly state it should be dealt with informally by my line manager, where my formal apology for malicious allegations is, and what they intend to do to deal with what DOES actually amount to racism...towards me!
