# you should pull a dave mustaine
and form a darker, more technical band, though never quite as popular as them

# I quit
the fuckers wouldn't show up for practice and the other songwriter pulled a disappearing act. That ended the friendship of 9 years.

# I had friendship end a similar way
over a 16mm movie. My friend was being a flakey asshole the whole week I had to shoot it and on the very last day he just decided he wasn't going to show up unless I listened to his moronic and plagiarized ideas.

# it sucks
similarly, the whole downfall for us started when he didn't bother to show up for my birthday, which we were supposed to play at. Didn't even bother to call. Lazy shit.

Maybe someday we'll be friends again. Who knows.

# i had a band that broke up
because the vocalist seemed to be able to come up with an excuse for missing practise everyweek. although it worked out in the end as we rearranged the band with new members, and now we've got some gigs coming up :)

# Actually it worked out for me too
the movie was a disaster anyway :) Plus I got to use my sister instead who was really good and it would have been good if I didn't fuck up the technical side of things.
