Apparently it is half a Stella, a bottle of Smirnoff Ice and, optionally, a double vodka.

Tastes of fuck all and is quite strong. This seems to be a fashion in drinks that i just don't understand. I may be a raging drunk but I at least like my liver-necrosing poison to have some kind of flavour.
