from the bit of your gif where the frames are running at 0s, i deleted every second frame and set them all to 0.1s...
then I set the pallette to 128
Took off the dither
No transparency
Lossy at '20'
and decreased the size to 240 pixels...
Edit: also, after your image url, you could slip in width=280 to pimp it back up to your original size.

you can slice a lot of filesize off by taking out as many frames as possible without making it jerky. You jus need to play around. Great gif though, tis teh winnar.
