some Bundesländer already have the Rauchverbot, like Hessen

ooh eck, I didn't know that...
hmm... I wonder what it actually means though. I think the germans are more reasonable than to ban smoking altogether and not having smoking areas or whatnot. I hope so... I'm just optimistic since the train stations are "Raucherfrei" but these signs are actually on ash trays in the little smoking area... I'm just hoping "Rauchverbot" follows similar criteria.
Really don't fancy going outside for a fag in the Jena winter.

noone gives a fuck about what you do at trainstations :)
but with pubs, you'll only be allowed to smoke inside if there's a separate room for smokers.
smoking 'in public' will be banned like it's in Britain I reckon...
