Because they claim I haven't paid my council tax...turns out they're right, but I'm still not keen to go to court. They can just bloody well be clearer in future, and stop pretending they've sent reminders they haven't. I'm stupidly anal about stuff like that, there's no way I'd have ignored a reminder for something I hadn't paid.

They won't take you to courtthey just set bailiffs on to you. That's what they did to me.

I have a court date for 10th of December :)I'm just waiting in for these damn parcel collection guys to turn up ("Oh, we'll be there...sometime...maybe...just, kinda...wait in? We know you've nothing better to do with your day") then I'm going down to the offices to sort it out
