
around 11 i broke out the luxury stuff, a green tea, jasmine. for lunch i accompanied my meal with a semi-fermented tea, oolong, then moving in the afternoon settled for a medium tea, lapsang souchong. and have now finished a flavoured tea, apple crumble.

i want to write to some tea magazine and try and get them to pay me money for writing, "it's flavour goes on t-oolong", "there's a ceylon at whittard's this week", "it left me y'earling for more" and "what assam-i for drinking this tea?"
