Am I mistakenor does copyright law contain provisions for 'fair use', one of which is the use of images and likenesses for the purpose of parody?

Also,I was under the impression that to infringe a trademark, you had to be using it to promote a similiar trade or service to the one it is registered for in the first place. Since no-one here appears to be using it in association with any business of any sort then where is the infringement?

depends on the country...I doubt A) anyone on here needs to be worried about being sued, it's a waste of money. and b)pwnership and copyright of the images can be proved anyway...
