# I'd assume he does have a lawyer,
I am a one man business and I talk to mine quite a bit.
It pays to be properly advised prior to making decisions.

On another note, we had to shut my wifes company today due to interest rate rises, fuel price increases (over the last year) causing a downturn in business. Place on top of that Centre management wanting to increase rent by 66% for the lease of the shop (not to mention the outgoings rate increases). We just lost 330k cash that we invested and on top of that get to pay a 280k mortgage that was taken out on her company for NOTHING!

THANK YOU STOCKLAND, YOU BUNCH OF NAZI CUNTS!!!

On the upside we do have antoher centre throwing money at us to come in (also at 1/2 rent), but I do not know if I can be fucked taking the risk by investing from my own business into it. Could be easier just to pay the fucking mortgage.

B3ta...
What do I do?

/rant over.

Edit: Please note that we are not rich cunts by any means at all. funny how business can set you up, then break you at the fucking kness without notice.

/goes back to drinking scotch.

# Dude, that sucks.
If you know it can work, I'd say go for it.

If it'll bankrupt you, I'd say don't go for it.

I imagine I've been really helpful with this advice. Sorry about that, but there isn't much advice I'm going to give out about major financial decisions.

# It is a fucking hard choice.
I (personally) can see health food stores going the same way most small butcheries have over the last 15 years...

Being gobbled up by national supermarket chains offering the same roducts at lower prices due to their buying power.

2 years ago this same business was very profitable, but people seem to se it as an expendable luxury when it comes to the crunch. That and woolworths and priceline have the integrity required to sell the cheaper shit products with fuck all benifit at near our buying rate.

At the end of the day having integrity and being able to stand behind what you sell can have consequences. We would rather pay the money than be known to sell shit.

Edit: thanks for you kind words Gronk. It is sincerely appreciated.

# Or make up an energy drink.
Maybe move to flyers etc and cut out the retail costs.
