But again, this is all meant to be a bit of fun, simply not worth risking getting dragged through the courts. It's a dangerous precedent though, who'll be next to get all threateny? Suppose the quo suddenly took offence?

Subjective court cases are a bit flimsy.
"Well, I think this is a joke"
"Well, it's my face and I find it offensive. Plus I have lots of highly paid lawyers"
It doesn't seem worth it to me.
