We have a next door neighbour who moved in about 2 years ago and has a small child who is 'special'she wakes every morning at 6 and communicates only in screams and banging her toys repeatedly against our adjoining wall, luckily for us her bedroom wall is directly joined to ours, and on weekends and national holidays we are furthermore lucky to have her all day every day till she sleeps, about 8pm, and she never stops screaming...
I've tried every authority and social service, there is nothing anyone can do about it, we live with it for the rest of our lives here, or we move.
