It was the fecking burning building mission that did for me...Incessant toggling between guns and fire extinguishers. Kept hosing baddies with CO2 while they were emptying clip after clip into me.
...and I could never get the hang of the firetruck missions to get fireproof...

i don't remember having trouble with thatbut actually throwing the bombs through the windows beforehand seemed almost impossible for me.
