I completely agree with you on that point ...photorealism is pointless ... just post or print or the original image ... but i do put my own vibe on it ... when it's finished i'll show the original photo as well against it so you can see my different style

I saw this earlier today, I like thisI'll be looking out for it! It's not quite photorealistic, it's like if you had a camera that took pictures in cartoon form.
Can't quite describe what I meant by that, but it's the shine and the simplistic lines and that. And the colours.
