Yes, quite so. And yes, it has taken some of the edge off it.
I think the main resistance is/was the lack of context with
newthread RPS posts. Funny name on truck and the like.

i think the problem was having it on the main board.
when /talk and /links are on here, the board suffers. an rps board might not be the best idea, but my suggestion above (sidebar thread, only on sundays, use your own hosting) might work.
