Apparently, eating less doesn't mean you lose weight... but eating more DOES mean that you put weight on...

You need to keep eating stuff, so long as it's something healthyish.
If your body doesn't know it's getting regular food, it'll put on some fat reserves to make sure it can keep going.
You can always have a small lunch if you like.

plus, if you don't eat at lunch you will more likely to pig out in the eveinging
thus eating twice as many calories as you probably would have done if you had a sensible lunch.
