Although there are some brilliant Cohen songs that I can only imagine him singing well. Like Sisters of Mercy and Suzanne. Oh and So Long Marianne.

Edit: I just checke it out, it was John Cale and Suzanne Vega, but it is ace! I think I'll need to get myself that album!

I'm glad that we've finally got 'round to the subject of covers.
I am, right now, completely pissed off by that fucking Kate Rusby singing Village Green Preservation Society.
I don't want to sound like an old duffer but I haven't heard a SINGLE reference to The Kinks.
Why is this?
