I was just reading about this.I like how the few hours of YouTube outage seems to have the same amount of coverage as those five severed Internet Tubes.

Well, the undersea cables snaps weren't really anything (as I understand it)because that kind of cable break happens pretty much daily somewhere in the world, and they are constantly being fixed. They just don't normally happen in such a way that a whole region gets cut off.
