I think that is what it is based upon,but to be fair, if someone has done it once, how can you really be sure that they arent gonna come out, start a new relationship and lose their temper with that person?

Yeah, I guess youre right.Its the main reason why I gave up studying law myself. That and the fact that my lecturer insisted on using Simpsons characters in the scenarios so that the less bright people could relate to it!
