but you need to jiggle the flavours... use thinly grated orange zest, crystallized (candied) ginger, and satanically dark chocolate (85% cocoa).

there is orange zest in it (and orange bitters and orange liqueur). and of course the chocolate is dark - milk chocolate is for infants and the insane. when i feel indulgent there's a place across town that sells superdark imported from belgium.
i like eating candied ginger (and ginger in general), but it just didn't work in this dish. and i've sworn off eating any cheesecake until i am sleek again.

just running up and down and skidding to a halt. He's going to wake Kk up if he doesn't stop soon. And if I say anything to him or approach him he just gives me an insane look and makes that "brrrp" greeting noise, then runs away.
