# i love orange and chocolate together.
i used to manage a cafe and my dessert contribution was an orange and chocolate cheesecake with chocolate mousse on top. it tastes incredible but is about 10 000 calories per forkful, so i don't make it any more.

it could be more jaffa-like if you made the crust more prominent.

# ok, i can dig it up.
i've made it using a weird thing they sell here occasionally - chocolate-flavoured cream cheese. it enhances the flavour not at all.

# Yeah thanks!
That sounds interesting Chocolate and cheese. Can't say I've tried that combination.

But I guess that could be like Peanut Butter and Jam (your jelly)

# they sell a caramel-flavoured one as well.
it is bland.

# Doesn't tiramisu sometimes have chocolate in or on it?
That's made with mascarpone cheese.

# it always has chocolate shavings on top (or should, anyway).
i've had it made with chocolate liqueur instead of coffee liqueur (or plain espresso or coffee), but that makes it far too sweet - need the coffee to balance it.

i've had some ungodly tiramisu variants. once with (i kid you not) smarties on top.
