my local grocer regularly 'accidentally' forgets to lower the prices in the checkout scanner for the weekly specials.and, of course, it's a pain in the ass process to get refunds (and you can feel a bit silly asking for fourteen cents back). i just steal small amounts back from them now, as it's far easier.
