I've recently been in the interesting position of trying to explain to my area manager what casual racism I face at workThere really is no way of pointing out that African culture is generally speaking very cliquey (in the non pun sense!) and exclusive, as well as pretty bitchy, that doesn't opoen you up to accusations of racism.
Not that I cared, I was suspended for that very thing earlier this year and they know full well that I am one of the most open minded and non-discrimitary people on the team. They can fucking well learn to deal with reality alongside political correctness, the two are uneasy bedmates
