Each government in succession fails to deliver on their manifesto yet the cattle of this country still vote for them again based on false promises.

we're a democracy......because if you have a spare billion quid lying around you can set up your own political party.
and you could stand for MP as an independant (and of course not get voted in unless you are a minor celebrity with a white suit).

Indeed I doI regularly write to my MP, every time I get a premade letter back with the usual thank you for your concerns, the issues will be looked into etc.
