sneaky tip: don't worry about the grades, you just say 'I have an A level in this and in that' and they don't always ask the grade...

they don't ask sometimes?from what teachers tell me, they do.
but then thre teachers try to tell me i'll only get to university if i get 4 A's and that my life will be over without going to university and that my testicles will be removed if i can't cope with school, etc.

That's what they want you to think,their bonuses depend on your grades. If you're a likeable person you can do a lot with an interview, for both jobs and uni. Grades aren't everything.
