I shall pierce you. It's alright, I'm trained.

And you can see all of mine, I did most of them myself. Loads have healed up but some are still fine.

ears, ten in left, eleven in right.
Bottom lip, middle
Tongue twice (very thin, didn't want them for long, worked out exactly as planned as both are now fully closed)
Bridge of nose
Both nostrils
Septum
Both nipples twice
clitoris hood
both inner labia.
Now I just have two left in each ear (my lobes) my left nostril and my lip left, but that's all I want.
edit: I should point out I've had way more parts of myself pierced, but not then gone on to put jewellery in them and leave them to heal to form a 'piercing' as such.

They can be turned around, so the ball is on the inside of the lip.
This is good for penis reasons. Or so I'm told.

Nostril piercings are good, and I think easily accepted by the mainstream (so for jobs and stuff).
The one thing I will say is be careful of the eyebrow, or indeed any piercing wherer they have to fold the skin to pierce it. Because it is more likely than not to grow out and leave a scar.

had their eyebrows done. Both got rid of it, but neither have a scar. My oldest girl-cousin, Mel, had her tongue done but took it out, and now she has her septum and her ears. She used to have a piercing on her chest, actually.

Oh, except Jack Sparrow, but I think I'm allowed one. After all, he really is my logical life partner, if you think about it.

I don't like it when people get People or names tattood, but nice pictures and patterns are great.
My old boss had a tree and stuff tattooed all up from his leg and down his arm.

I have a sprig of ivy tattooed on my upper arm that I will start adding more to now. I'm going to extend it a bit and then start adding a leaf a year.
Oh, and I have my wings and my coming of age tattoo but they're not works in progress.

Yes I know. It's based on the top of a pillar in Greece though, and I designed it myself. For tribal it's very slim and feminine.

Why the hell can't people just be natural!?
Why try to change who you are?
There's a girl that I like, and I don't want her to change at all. I wouldn't change myself, knowing someone likes who I am.
I just don't understand why someone would do something that could potentially scar them for life. I worry about people too much.

Speaking as someone who is modified, I see myself as a blank canvas. I love colour, and I love design, and I can think of no better form of self love (which is important, don't let anyone tell you wrong) than to adorn myself with the most beautiful designs I can come up with.
I have my wings because my name is Old German/French for Fairy, and I have always been a bit fairy like. They're for my parents. My coming of age tattoo was exactly that, my own mark of womanhood for myself, from myself. My ivy is to remind me to be tenacious and to stick with it (I was very suicidal when I was younger) and each leaf I add will be a reminder that I've held on through another year, and am a stronger plant (yes I know, this metaphor's getting strained) for it.
Edit: man, that's hard to read vertically.

but I wish people wouldn't do it, it's all persona preference, but you'll never convince me otherwise.
It's like marmite, and no matter how much to shove down my throat, ultimately I'll just end up vomiting.

but every time she brought up piercings or tattoos, we got into an argument.
She enjoyed the arguments, though. I didn't.
We don't talk any more.
I don't think I need to say much else, I'm done here. I've had this conversation too many times and I don't want another one.
