So I just play around with blending modes.
I don't know if you saw the mantis I vexelled this morning, I started with the body trying your style, but I decided not to, and it came out looking rather good.
I'm thinking of doing slightly different stuff, different shape pictures, too, so it's not the same shape and size as yours.
Like the mantis, and like the bird I did after hearing about the back-to-front thong man.
