It reminds me of something my friend does.He says:
"Nobblenobblebnobblenobblenobble" while rubbing the tips or two fingers together, then he makes a snapping noise and bends them.
One says "I like this" and wanders off, the other goes "I don't like this. I'm going to take some medication"

So then he makes a circle with his other hand, and puts his finger through making moaning noises.
Then it snaps again and gets stuck :)
