Hahahain fairness if there was a filta that did this I would totally use it. This is actually based on blurred layered vectors which are moved incrementally, the top ones most, the bottom ones least.
I'd make more of these but it's fiddly as fuck and timeconsuming to make and about half of them just don't work out, and I can't really tell if they're going to work until right at the very end. It's too disappointing to go through the whole process and then throw them away.
