Find a woman who's had the same idea and is also a physicist. That can work well. There aren't *many* women physicists, alas, but there's some great ones out there.

when i was doing my degree in theoretical physics we had about 10% or less. there's a few more in astrophysical/cosmological type of things though.

I've actually been able to talk to girls about physics without getting weird looks and told to fuck off out of their faces.

But it helps to know them a bit first. "Hey, baby, I've got a Masters in Theoretical Physics. Want to hear about the Top Quark?" is not the best chatup line.
