my (retired) neighbour from hell got a visit from an ASBO officer!the arsehole has been pissing off our neighbours for years, twunt put up a sign threataning to clamp anyone who parks outside his house, on a public highway...

if he ever starts giving us threataning letters again (like the one he gave my brother) a simple phonecall to the police should sort things outespecially as we now have a police incedent number on the guy, he must be royally pissed about that because 'keeping up appearances' and being right is everything to him :D
