it's okas long as you don't ever call yourself team leader, managers are fine they're handy for blaming when things go tits up.
but the name team leader instantly brings out the
awkward little git in me. human resources do that to me as well, personnel dept's are fine though.
it's no wonder in my previous life i ended up getting stacks of written warnings, all for different things so i never got fired.
