but others use Image Ready which comes with Photoshop, The Gimp, and maybe Paint Shop Pro has something?

you'll be wanting to use some css in between some tags

and then probably some use of the !important attribute.

i'd have a quick furtle around google if you need to work out wtf i'm talking about.
