easy, first offyou download the clip, might need firefox unplug to get it. then you convert it to an avi or something, you'll be wanting super c for that, then you edit out the bit you want, you'll be needing an avi splitter for that, then suck the frames you want into something like image ready, further edit them down, then bat them over to photoshop to tinker and add some text, then it's back to image ready to turn into a gif, bob's your uncle, job done, easy. in my case i involve ulead gif animator a couple of times because i can't use image ready, too tricky for me.
