nothing out of the usual, what can i do?
should i eat some charcoal (dog biscuits? - mmm tasty)
edit : thinking about it, there was some garlic sauce i put in my sandwich that was 2 years out of date... but i've been using that for ages and not had a problem before

if there's something making you sick, let your body get rid of it. sips of water every 15 minutes or so should keep you hydrated without triggering a puking fit. try eating half a piece of dry toast and see if you can keep it down.
