I am ok, I was feeling really sick earlier but then it changed to being extremely hungry so I ate lots and now I feel a bit sick again. :D

I'd love a cup of tea

but I'm now scared of milk. I drank most of a cup of coffee this morning (havcing made it whilst half aslee) only to look down and see some sort of...ugh. 3 inch round, slightly foamy looking mass lurking in the bottom of the cup like coffee cancer.

Then got to work and was a bit sick.

I really didn't feel sober enough to come in to the office today.
