i used to buy them ready made, there was one particular pikey one that was gorgeous. then they stopped making it. i've tried and tried to recreate it, but i just can't.

# Waitrose do a great semi-cheating sauce
you just need to add Coconut Milk, Palm sugar, and some fish sauce, and possibly some onions (plus whatever meat or fish you're using) and you're there!

takes about 15 mins all in - it's great.
