Y'see this is the weird thingWhy does recycling vary from council to council? What does Watford Council do with green waste that Harrow Council doesn't!? Why do the rules vary?!

I suspect there's some sort of inter-council bartering system going onperhaps Watford Council can trade green waste in for 'fact-finding' trips to the Caribbean
