PS: anyone who uses "holistic" in this way needs to have acupuncture needles inserted in to their eyeballs and testicles, then electrified. Corporate IT systems must be the LEAST holistic systems on the planet. Can you "fix" a complete network? No, you fix the bit that's broken, and you don't fix the bits that aren't broken. Fuck-all "holistic" about that. GRRR.
