# I WISH TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT!
On FF2 (and IE I think), you could right-click an animated image and then left-click and hold the title bar of the 'properties' window, and it would stop the animation until you released it. Now, in FF3, it just carries on :[

Anyone know how to change it back to how it was?

Btw, it's not all bad - FF3 will now tell you how many frames there are in an animated gif - so no more staring at posts thinking 'is this meant to animate or what?' :D

# I think someone mentioned this yesterday.
Try clicking and holding the X to close Firefox. It'll pause the animation until you release the click (which you can safely do if you're not still over the X).

# thankingly you muchly :)
while testing it out, I also noticed that it works on the other 2 buttons up there, probably safer to use them!
