Sweetened or tart?
I usually have the lemon plain, not even regular butter.

tart for me, but suit your taste.
i make it with a bit of grated rind, a little juice, and lemon thyme if it's summer (i have a pot growing now). i think most people use it for feesh, but i like it on pasta and baked goods.
