I love it anyway. ;]

# i wish i could like Anti-flag but i just can't get into them
its how bad and cliched their lyrics are. though i respect that their hearts are in the right place. i've seen them about 3 times though.

today i have been listening to:

The Disposable Heroes Of HipHoprisy
Girl Talk
Distillers
Crass
Manic Street Preachers

# I've only seen them once.
And I was on a ferris wheel for half of their set...weird as that sounds...
I guess they're good protest music if you're 15 and you can't actually do anything to protest, but you wear a lot of spikes and think you can...I just like them to thrash about.

today I have been listening to:

Daft Punk
The Lawrence Arms
Children of Bodom
The Get-Up Kids
Frank Turner

# thats the problem with direct protest stuff is it only appeals to teenagers who haven't worked out you can't change shit
mmm.... 3 out of five aren't bad. i have a real soft spot for Bodom. especially once i realised that the guitarist from DethKlok was supposed to be Alexi :) Their cover of Poison - Talk Dirty to Me is epic.

# Ahhh
yes. DethKlok. Much love for them and of course Metalocalypse. Though the new season is not so good as season 1.
I have never heard that cover. I'm gonna go find it later. :]

# all of their covers are wicked :)
i haven't seen season 2 yet, i tend to excitedly discover adult swim programs about 3 years after everyone else :/

have you ever listened to jello biafra's spoken word stuff? i've been relistening to a lot of that recently. brighteyes cassadaga too

# Well, savour season 1.
It's much better. :] But Adult Swim has gone a bit bad lately. Stuff like Assy McGee and the Oblongs and Venture Bros like...they're a lot of talk and not enough mindless death. ;D

I really like Cassadaga. But I have never heard jello biafra's spoken word. I'll look for that.
