[challenge entry] My style? Pro-Smoking Propoganda. I shall get children hooked!

He's meant to look angry-crazy, frenzied that he's going to kill the mouse, but I didn't know how to make that clever or funny.
I realise this itself isn't clever or funny, but you know... I'm trying.
