Oh dearJaffa Cakes are best eaten weeks before their sell by date.
Some batches start getting a bit iffy even a few days BEFORE the sell by date.
Never buy the tubes. I did science on tubes vs boxes and the boxes came out tops regarding freshness/longevity due to the tubey Jaffa Cakes not being sealed in plastic baggy things.
